1. Return Policy
1.1 Eligibility:
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
1.2 Exclusions:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), personalized items, personal care goods (e.g., beauty products), and gift cards. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items are non-returnable.
Digital products (including downloadable guides or coaching materials) are non-refundable once the file or content has been accessed or downloaded.

1.3 Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@rellefromtheblog.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond promptly with instructions on how to return the item. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
1.4 Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
1.5 Return Shipping:
You are responsible for paying for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
2.2 Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@rellefromtheblog.com.
2.3 European Union 14-day Cooling-off Period:
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
2.4 Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
2.5 Refunds Timeframe:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@rellefromtheblog.com.
